Renwave specializes in vintage and pre-owned items that are carefully selected and described to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of vintage goods, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
We take care to provide clear photos, measurements, and descriptions so buyers can make informed purchases. Please review all listing details carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping Issues
Renwave is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
